It's hard for me to explain, you have to experience the most horrible handle situation, we know that teeth pulling anit like the rides at Disneyland, there is going to be pain with teeth pulling. Begged the densist three times'stop, I don't want to do this ' second time I told her stop she said 'why stop now, we are half way threw.' Posted On: 06/18/2025 this place has amazing customer service and it was super easy to check in. I had to come here to get a tooth pulled. It was a referral from Western dental and it was the best choice. I would rather continue to come here. I’m glad I found this place.!

Posted On: 04/30/2025 I had a really positive experience at my dental appointment. Everyone was so gentle and kind, but I'm really frustrated with the aftercare. I've been calling for to get my pain medication prescription for my wisdom teeth, and they either hang up or tell me to wait until the end of the day. Posted On: 02/20/2025 Do not recommend. My daughter went to this office for her wisdom teeth removal. She was seen mid morning on a Friday. She was given nitrous to help calm her. Then almost immediately they started giving her the 12 injections with no numbing paste. Which was extremely painful and uncomfortable. The visit went mostly smoothly however the after care was terrible. I was told her prescription would be sent to the pharmacy for us to pick up once we returned to our home town. We double checked the pharmacy info was correct. Our drive home took a few hours. Upon arriving at the pharmacy I was told they hadn't received any medications for her yet. I immediately called the office to find out they had closed at 3, it was 3:25. I left a message on the emergency line. I was hoping this would result in a call back from the doctor or office manager and meds being sent, but we received nothing. I then had to take my daughter to the ER to get her pain meds as she was downright miserable at this point. It wasn't until Sunday that we got a auto call from the pharmacy that her meds were ready. Since it was a Sunday we weren't actually able to get anything until Monday. Once we were actually able to get her medication I was surprised it was not just pain meds but it was 4 items total! An antibiotic, a steroid for swelling, an oral rinse and Motrin (totally inadequate for the procedure) . I never received a call from the office checking in on my daughter or letting us know what the issue was. I called to speak with them regarding everything that happened, was told the manager would be calling me back as she was busy. Tomorrow will be a week and we still have not heard from them. I have medi-cal and delta dental and I was insured that I would not have pay anything and I have already paid $200 out of pocket and when I called denti-cal I found out that I should not be charged that my insurance tried to call the office multiple times and they declined the call. And now they are asking for more money. Hell no. Do not go here they are unorganized and don’t know how to run a business. One I get my money back I won’t be coming back. Posted On: 09/03/2024 If I could give zero stars I would!

Completely unprofessional ! I initially came to that Dental facility for a root canal since my insurance would cover not only the procedure but the crown as well. I scheduled an appointment with SMILE COUNTRY DENTAL IN NAPA since they stated they do expect my insurance but I would be place on a waitlist once the dentist approves the procedure IF he approves the procedure. I attended my initial appointment, they take Dental X-rays, the initial asian Dentist that enters the exam room reviews the X-rays then states that he’s Declining the root canal and explains that I’ll have to pay something when leaving the appointment which through me off entirely. He stated that I’d have one or two options which is proceeding with a stay plate/denture, and the second option was implants, which are completely expensive(of course) . Upon leaving the initial appointment I asked the front desk why I was required to pay one or the other since I’ve had an extraction before covered by my insurance, not having to pay out of pocket for anything. Least to say the front desk didn’t provide a valid answer as to why I was required to pay for either a stay plate or an implant, being that I had to go to work I placed $225 down for the stay plate (half of the cost, $450 exactly) brushed it off and went about my way still confused KNOWING I’ve had an extraction done before not paying a dime .

Aug 17,2024 The day of extraction :
Upon checking in I inquired to the front desk about the “stay plate” and having to pay the remaining balance of the $450 since I don’t see anything on the paperwork indicating I placed half the money down for this so call “stay plate “ that I oh so needed. Both front desk receptionists look at one another completely confused and crazy like they don’t even know what I’m talking about. At this point I’ve had it, I had complete attitude rightfully so! Come to find out ACCORDING TO SYLVIA THE MANAGER the prior Dentist didn’t complete the record & ON TOP of not completing the record they DIDN’T SEND OUT THE MOLDING NEEDED FOR THE STAY PLATE THAT I OH SO NEEDED 3 FREAKIN WEEKS LATER. I immediately request my money back. Mind you, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks w/consistent pain in my mouth for them to not only tell me they didn’t submit my molding for the stay plate but I ACTUALLY DIDN’T NEED A STAY PLATE WHICH WAS MY INITIAL QUESTION TO THEM.

Surgeon, Great! Assistants, Great ! Front desk/MANAGER and initial dentist HORRIBLE!

IT’S LIKE PULLING TEETH JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK! The manager is completely unprofessional, doesn’t return your calls and is horrible at her job. It’s now September 3 and I’m just now getting my money back after being ignored & having my husband call. I should call BBB and other sources to complain. Save yourself!

Posted On: 06/01/2024 After being with the same Dentist for over 20 years, an insurance status change had me pick a new dental office. My former dentist and his staff were like family and I was dreading this change. To my delight and good fortune, I chose Smile Country Dental. Dr Mo and his front office staff, Sylvia & Marlene are wonderful. The ladies were patient with all my questions and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Dr Mo was very skilled and professional in his treatment of me. He thoroughly explained my treatment options and made me feel very much in control of my treatment plan by explaining all my options in detail. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. Posted On: 04/27/2024 Who manages this office? I waited several weeks for my appointment only for it to be cancelled a half hour prior. I did not receive a call back to reschedule and when I called I was told I have to wait TWO MONTHS for another appointment.

Posted On: 04/18/2024 My experience here was 5 stars. I was scheduled and checked in by Sylvia, who works at the front desk, she was very knowledgeable and polite. I informed her that I was having pain possibly due to a cavity. She helped book the appointment which was extremely quick and easy as there was plenty of availability. Checking in was easy and quick as well, the wait time was very short. The staff was friendly and the quality of the work done was clean, efficient, and overall I’m satisfied and would recommend. Thank you so much. I avoid the dentist at all cost. Everyone made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Very friendly and experienced staff. Everyone there are very caring and gentle with fast appointment scheduling. I have been to many bad dentists before. I'm so glad I found this place! They also have a discount program if you have no dental insurance! I've already referred 3 people who will be making appointments, I believe one is there as we speak! It was actually FUN going to the dentist! I had no anxiety, no pain, and no problems! Best experience with DDS ever! I had a broken tooth requiring a crown. The process took two appointments - the first appointment I was fitted with a temp crown, the second appt the temp crown was replaced with a permanent. Both appts were great, the dentist and tech were super. My orthodontist is special. She conducts herself with charm and friendliness that are such reassuring traits helping me relax and be fully comfortable in her care. I trust her professional knowledge and skills without reservation. I am so very pleased that she is my orthodontist.
