Posted On: 08/08/2023 I've been trying to get an appointment. The hours posted on their door & online obviously are incorrect because I can't seem to get in contact with them. I've showed up between 4- 5:30 after my other appointments and no one is there.
I tried the online form too, no response.. Insurance won't let me go elsewhere... idk what to do? I hope I can change my review of this business and give 5 stars instead if I can get treatment. Keiko N website Logo Google Review
Posted On: 08/08/2023 They were very pleasant in every way from the office staff to the medical staff the best dental care l have had in ages. Was very impressed when the oral surgeon ( Sean Lee) took time during the evaluation to contact my primary dentist while the supporting staff kept me busy talking about fishing and places in California. Posted On: 05/25/2023 The whole staff is amazing here! Ron will tell you fun stories to keep you amused. Sylvia will either give you cold bottled water or even filtered if you have a cup. I've had all of my crowns done here as well as a bridge. I'm thoroughly pleased with everything that this wonderful staff has done for me when it comes to my dental needs. My wisdom surgery was scheduled for April 11th I received no call about how much I will be paying out of pocket or any instructions. I have been calling since April 6th to confirm payment & instructions no answer. This is so frustrating as I am a far drive and they don’t even have the decency to call me back or answer I’ve also left plenty of voicemails. Do not recommend so unprofessional. Posted On: 03/23/2023 I do not recommend Smile Country Dental. I went there for a check up and a regular teeth cleaning. They told me I needed a deep cleaning. It was the most painful cleaning I have ever had. They cleaned half of my mouth and my mouth was very sore for three days I went to another dentist after that, and they gave me a regular cleaning and said my teeth did not need a deep cleaning, I paid my bill in full with a zero balance to Smile Country Dental on 5-4-23. Ten months later on 3-1-23 Smile CountryDental sent me a bill for $60. I called them and they will not credit the $60. I do not owe them anything. DO NOT go to Smile Country Dental. Posted On: 01/16/2023 Would not recommend this place, not sure why their rating is so high. I scheduled what I thought was a cleaning but it ended up being a new patient review. After x rays and checking my teeth they go to schedule my cleaning, but their dental hygienist only comes in twice a week so they were booked out by FIVE months! Scheduled the cleaning and when I showed up for it, I was given an unexpected bill because I was schedule not for a regular/annual cleaning but for a deeper clean that insurance would not cover. I was never told that I was scheduled for this type of cleaning instead of an annual and was met with an unexpected bill. There is just a lack of communication and transparency at this office. Thank you so much. I avoid the dentist at all cost. Everyone made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Very friendly and experienced staff. Everyone there are very caring and gentle with fast appointment scheduling. I have been to many bad dentists before. I'm so glad I found this place! They also have a discount program if you have no dental insurance! I've already referred 3 people who will be making appointments, I believe one is there as we speak! It was actually FUN going to the dentist! I had no anxiety, no pain, and no problems! Best experience with DDS ever! I had a broken tooth requiring a crown. The process took two appointments - the first appointment I was fitted with a temp crown, the second appt the temp crown was replaced with a permanent. Both appts were great, the dentist and tech were super. My orthodontist is special. She conducts herself with charm and friendliness that are such reassuring traits helping me relax and be fully comfortable in her care. I trust her professional knowledge and skills without reservation. I am so very pleased that she is my orthodontist.
