4 I get that you are busy. And medi cal patients are less profitable. Rescheduled app. I get it. 10 am app where I'm not actually seen and worked on till 1:30 pm I also get. Except the three people in for extraction that showed up after me, in one case an hour, that were paying customers instead of medi cal. Same surgeon. I kinda don't like that. I show up at the appropriate time and watch a late person (10 am for me, who knows when for them Except if they were 9:30 and showed up at 10:30 why should I wait) The staff at the desk is spot on, 5 for you all! The assistant (s) should find a better place to talk about payroll then the Medi cal non room. When I'm behind you, unable to see and stressed your convesation is not theraputic. The procedure: Awful. I was referred to an oral surgeon because this was a difficult extraction. To me, a civilized human and also based on previous extractions, this means sedation. Nope. They offered nitrous, don't bother or save your money. Useless. And they don't really add gas. I know because when shit went south they actually turned on the gas, I could feel and smell it. The doctor: Gonna give him a "refuse to review" I'm in pain with no after pain meds other then motrin. And vodka. I should not have to self medcate or use the "alternat pharmacy"This was a three to five vicodine procedure . I'm not a child or a drug addict.im 63 years old and can make good medical decisions for myself. Of course no one listened to me. But he tried to have bedside manner. When he walked off leaving the chunkes of my tooth in my mouth to pick out later when I got home instead of giving me my piece of body for religious reasons and dragged off the assistant that I asked to save my body part for proper disposal I didn't put to large a curse on him. I always feel like I will be cared for, never rushed, always helped. Claudia, Dulce, Maribel, Cladia and the rest of the team make going to the dentist the best it can be!Posted on Google
